We are not a Machine Monitoring System (OEE)

Although we use machine data to feed our system, JITbase brings a new layer of information about the workforce that conventional Machine Monitoring Systems are unable to access. 

JITbase was specifically created because we saw a gap in the Machine Monitoring marketplace. While we agree it is important to track production KPI such as the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), we firmly believe that machine data can be leveraged to solve critical problems like the labor shortage and labor efficiency.

Machine Monitoring Systems provide you with the current picture of your productivity, which is important for future improvement, but gives you limited to no payback. JITbase helps you to improve your productivity with a high return on investment.

Frederic holds two master degrees in industrial engineering and in international business.
